- We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at our discretion.

2. Product Policy

- Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds once the order has been processed.

- Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product; therefore, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items.

3. Exchange Policy

- Exchanges may be granted at the sole discretion of Mane Kandy management team in cases of defective or incorrect items.

- To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

- Hair must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

- In stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Out of stock items can take up to 10 days due to overseas shipping times.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

- If you made an error in your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
