Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday with the exclusion of holidays. Due to the nature of this hair being raw and unprocessed, please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be hand selected for blending matching and then shipped once hair has been received. With regular ground shipping your package will arrive in 2-3 business days after processing (if you would like priority or overnight please notify us through email). Very few hair bundles are kept in stock due to the fact that we are an online company and the bundles need to be matched perfectly to get the most natural look.
Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order has been shipped. All orders are shipped through USPS and require signature confirmation.
When placing your order please be sure that the billing and shipping address match as we will NOT ship to unmatched billing and shipping addresses. If you need an order shipped elsewhere other than the billing address please contact us.
Please do not schedule a hair appointment prior to receiving your hair. We will not be responsible for hair appointments being missed.
Due to the origin of this hair, it is recommended that this hair should be professionally colored or lifted by a licensed cosmetologist or colorist. Over the counter coloring brands are not recommended as this could not guarantee quality results.
We want you to be happy with your hair. Please take the time to carefully inspect your hair upon receipt. Please ask all questions prior to purchasing. We will offer exchanges of undamaged, uncut, uncolored, and unworn hair within 5 days of delivery. Please notify us through email if you experience any problems with your order.
